do the cusco camber plates adjust castor, gound controls state they do and i believe that the 3 bolt plate is universal depending on strut and perch specs anyone know???

I have tokico adj shocks and tanbe df210 springs, so i guess tokico could give me the strut diameter, and spring perch. I have posted about my castor issue and got plenty of good info and solutions, so am not intending to drag this out. only wondering if anyone has info on the above
