Eibach or TRD with Monroes
Are the Monroes able to affect the ride (smoother) with a minimal drop like with TRD springs or eibach springs.
I've read and found that if the monroes arent in their "Optimal" zone, the full benefits of the monroes are lost
is this true and does anyone have pics of this setup with 16's or 17's
thanks

From what I've read, the 5987s still benefit the ride as long as the drop is within two inches. I think 5870 is the shock model for more dramatic drops. So the inch that the TRD, H.Tech or Eibach will give you should still put you in a zone that will still work with the 5987s.
I too would like to see some pics of a xB dropped with eibach springs. I am about to install my 17 wheels and am looking for a comfortable ride that also can handle some cornering (very rarely really). I need the small amount of drop and comfort for my daily driver. I am torn on the eibach or hotchkis, so please someone post some pics
Its not so much "how it will look" , that matters IMO.
The TRD will give you about 1" drop- in looking at your wheel well- if you think that is enough, then go TRD. Eibach Pro line springs give you a 1.5" drop.
Either way you go, its a quality move ... so its a matter of 1/2" difference in drop- and a matter of how much $$ difference between the two.
