Default Monroe 5601

Monroe is now listing a rear shock for the xB. Does anyone know if it is actually available? I saw an entry that said it would not be until October. Has anyone gotten these yet and what are your impressions if you have?

Thanks

I will ask at Sears tomorrow--the manager there told me that Monroe would have one out soon. As of about two weeks ago he had called them and they did not have yet. Is 5601 the number you were quoted?

Shockwarehouse.com has them listed and looks like they are available now. Yes, 5601 is correct.

Yes, that is the number listed on the Monroe web site.

This is great news, they weren't suppossed to be out until October. Now if any gets them please post how they are. Fronts and backs. I am about to buy a set of Koni Yellows, but if these are good I will save some money and get these to go with my Eibach Pro Springs.

Went to Sears this morning, and they know nothing about them or show the part number. By the way, I asked them about putting the rear Echo Monroe shocks on the box, and they refused, saying "we do not do mods". The local Toyota dealer was also no help, also refusing to put on anything other than the factory shocks.
