New Rims, Same tires, will they work?
I have had the TRD Racing Hart 18's since I got my car about 2.5 years ago and I think its time for a change...
I have been looking at the Sportmax 504's with the big lip....I am wondering if they will work with my current Pirelli P-Zero Nero Tires Here are the specs:
P215/35ZR/18 84W M+S
I have no idea how to tell if they will work, but here are all the specs that I can find of the rims:
Size: 18X8.0 with 3" Lip.
Bolt Pattern: 4x100
Offset: +32 mm
Please tell me these work
I don't want to have to buy new rubber too, but anyways...thanks for the help guys!

yeah, they should fit....the question is whether or not it is in your best interest to use them. With the width of 8 inches your tires are likely stretch in the sidewall.
This isnt bad, in fact a lot of people do it, but, you are more likely to curb your rim and have to be more careful going around concrete lined corners.
I have 215/35/18's on my car and i think my rims are 7.5 wide and the rim stickes out a bit.
So, if you like to drive it like you stole it, or have already curbed the wheels you have now then you may want to consider 225/35's. In fact if you think you are going to ever curb a wheel you may want to think about going to a 17" wheel instead of 18"

I have been flawless at curbing my rims. Never once done it...my wife....and the dealership....thats a different story....they are fixed now and have been perfect for awhile now, but will they stick out a ton? does anyone have a pic of this?
Thanks Giovanni for that response, it is exactly what I needed, clarification and a sense of relief to not have to buy new tires...
