When running dual air tanks and compressors how many ports on an air tank does one want/require?

depends on how many vavles you have.

 

if you want ti yiu coul run 2 2port tanks either way i woould recommend running 8 valves

have the compressers and the presure switch at a T the into a water trap the in to the tank then out of tank A and in to Tank B the exiting Tank B into a series of T fittings

 

Im running 2 4 gallons and 2 compressors in series if that helps both tanks are 2 ports.
