ok, im runnin 18's, chrome on Nitto NT450's

i want to run some smaller tires, im going in a diff. direction, stipping the car down, and i want either some 15's or 16's, light wieght, and a nice lip

ive seen some really nice rims on here, but i dont have that kind of money, can anyone help me? something not expensive, remember i cant buy them until i sell my wheels now, or they have to be atleast inexpensive enough for me to buy them now and sell mine later.

i know its a diff. thing to ask, but im very busy with work, and it would help me out allot. thanks for any and all help
