Default AXIS question...

Are Axis Wheels availabel in custom offsets?

If yes, would running a +42 on an 19x8.0 w/ a 225/35-19 'clear' any potential problem my tC might face after being lowered 2"? I also want to note that I am going for that flush look.

I'm willing to get as close as possible, I know its a risk when altering the suspension? ...Its never stopped me b4.

IF no, would running the oem offset( believe its +45) be okay? Im also concerned with it clearing a big brake set-up in the near future as well.

Thanks Guyz!

axis wheels are not availble in custom offsets, unless you cough up 6 gs for the 3 piece sevens, bc the tc is a 5 lug pattern you i would run around a 35 offset, but you do have more choices on the offsets bc of the fact that it is a 5x100 versus a 4x100, tel me what you want, i can get it cheaper

Hey thanks guys for the help!

Brent thanks for the offer, if you don't mind me asking...umm you think you get'em for a little less then what WHEELS NEXT is selling them for. I'm only looking to buy the wheels.(unless you can get a great wheel-n-tire deal) I can get the tires through my company. But unfortunately I cant say the same for the wheels. The prez of the company had a fall-out with AXIS wheels. So I couldn't get'em here if I wanted too!

The comment you made regarding the offset of the wheel..uh, I'm assuming the reason you mentioned going with a 35 was for clearance issues with the back side of the tire and inner fenderwell? Will this offset give me a little play with the fittment of the rear wheel to achieve that flush look if I need to add spacers?

You think that I'd know all this stuff by now but I've never really grasped the concept of the metric system when it came to wheel offsets???

Really appreciate your help! By the way if I didn't already mention this, the wheels that I'm wanting to run on the tC are the Spiders in a 19x8.0 all the way around.

On other note...you guyz plan on branching out into Texas? I heard about a Chaper on the East Coast...but can' recall anything in the central states?

I would love to become a member of SE! ...just don't know if traveling to the West side for a meets would be the smartest thing? LOL

Hey Bigkid, if brent hasn't pm'd ya yet regarding your questions, I;'ll give him a call for you and let him know to get back to you.

You whould be more than welcome to join the SE family, and having a Texas chapter would be awesome...most chapters start by owners like yourself that want to start an SE group in their area. We will and can support you in anyway we can to start one. It is up to individuals to join Evo, we try not to recruit anyone to our group, but welcome those that want to join us on their own, Thanks for your interest and if you have any questions fom us pls. let us know. thanks and Peace.

I would greatly appreciate that! Have him drop me a line whenever he can.

And regard SE, I was also wanting to know who I should talk to about getting more details about possible starting a chapter here!

Thanks again! Its people like you and brent and many others too...that make being a part of this scion culture what it is today!

Hope to cross paths in the future!

You have a site we can look at? Also, what specifics should I look for in wheels?
