Default Air Management Valve Fill Controls

I started getting this clunking sound from the rear when I would lift it from full drop. I changed the shocks and am still getting the clunking sound. So I think that the rear is lifting up too fast for the shocks causing the sound. I found these and think they should do the trick. I was wondering if anybody has used these before?

Is it a clunk, or sort of a pop?

The reason I ask is that in some instances a double convoluted bag can sort of "seal" on it's self. When that seal frees up you will hear a clunk or pop.

Does the rate of lift change when you hear the sound?

its more of a clunk. i noticed this weekend that after playing around with the bags, the less air you have in the tank the slower the up motion is. well as it started slowing, the rear would lift nice and easy without the clunk. this is why i figured that the rear is lifting to fast when the air tank is full or mostly full.

you need four of them after all the valves right before the lines go to the bags

ok cool, so basically it would go, valve, ball valve, air line, bag? my setup isnt like yours where the valves are connected right to the tank. mine are underneath the car, 4 in the front and 4 in the back. maybe i could post pics up of the valve setup and you could tell me where i would put the ball valves?

why run big air line then put valves into slow you down, shouldnt you have just went with 1/4 line and spent less money for all your fittings, line, valves...etc, personally i like it fast...hehehe

yeah, i like it fast too, but i think it may be too fast. at least when i put the ball valves on i can control how fast i want it. i want to just slow it down enough to where i dont get that clunking sound.
