JUST DROPPED MY 06 XB AND NOTICED AFTER A WEEK THAT THE FRONT is way higher thasn the rear....noticed too wen drivinng home at night all these people highlighting me wen driving....as i sed the rear is like an inch lower than the front? please anyone help on any thing wrong?

 

What springs do you have?? Your profile says Tein 3", which don't exist to my knowledge.

Is the car itself higher, or do your headlights need to be aligned?

Pics would help immensely.

 

it saays tien on the springs....its 2.5 " drop front and rear....the front is like inch and a half higher in the front and the back is tuckin real good how i like it!

Springs need to settle in, but it shouldn't be that dramatic...

 

did you get legit TEIN's ? tell us more about where you purchased your set of S.Techs, and that might give us a clue as to what is going on...

check the tein website to see if yours look fake, that could be it, or... do you have a heavy audio setup back there?

 

MAybe put the back on the front and fronts in the back since you say the front is usually lower than rear.

 

The way the Teins are designed, it'd be really, really obvious during the install if the rears went up front.

I'm thinking if the springs were advertised as Tein 2.5" drop, they're fake. I know the Stech settle to 2ish, but they're sold as 1.7"

 

theres no way to put the front springs in the rear of the vehicle.

i read your parts profile, and you say you have 3" TEIN SPORT DROP springs ... if that's what it said when you bought your springs, that means you got fakes because TEIN doesnt make 3" drops on springs for the xB. that is the reason why your ride is messed up. Get that fixed son. buy legit TEIN's.
For the xB, the springs that are available from TEIN are H.Tech and S.Tech - drops of about 1.1" and 1.8" respectively.

well these springs look legit cause there printed on not stickers n the only thing was tyey came in a regular box not a tein labled box....but the fron did settle so the onl;y difference is that the back is jus 1/2 inch lower than the front oh wells my fault!

 

Buy some Toyota Echo struts it will drop the front a 1/2" then you will be level.

 

so with the echo front struts they'd drop down a 1/2"? do they bolt on direct? what year toyota echo?
