I was mesmerized by the word special.

I think this thread is too old now to be accurate.

How light are the FEATHERS?

The SLR's are just under 20 pounds and that bums me out cause they first told me 18 pounds.

THe layaway thing is very nice too.

Konig Feathers weigh in at 11.9lbs for the 15"x6.5", 15.2lbs
for the 16"x7", 16.8lbs for the 17"x7", and 17.1lbs for the 17"x7.5".

I'm expecting the rims to come wednesday, ordered them from discount tire direct. Free shipping is awesome not to mention the $99/rim price tag. I'm hoping to get them mounted this weekend.

swartzautoman, which color u gettin? I ordered the matte silver.

I am glad you like the SLR's too.

The Discount Tire guy said they just didn't sell that great. Hence, the 1/2 price sale.

I was told, it means Special LImited Release.

That has gotta be the cheapest Konig 15".

I got them in yesterday, all 79+ pounds of them.

Next. Rays lugs and valves. Light lugs at least.

Is strength an issue when the wheel is lighter?

OK, now what do Furthers weigh?

Those caught my eye but I didn't want to spend that much, but they are intense looking.

We got the Feather weight already above.

I was wondering about the weight of your FURTHERS?

They seem chunky.

Konig rebate form.

Another $25 or $50 off the already bargain price.

It started this month so I guess you all qualify.

You have a special edition car and special edition wheels.

Do you feel any difference with the 20 pound wheels?

Stock wheel is -18?

Nope, I don't feel any difference. The car still corners and accelerates like it did with the stock rims, but I'll let you know in a week or two about the gas mileage. I think that's where you would see the difference, unless you're racing.

Did you finance and get the rebate?

I may just use the stock tires too.
