Default needing help with stock 15" steel wheels

I am wanting to find a knockoff type center or just a pop on center or hubcap setup for the stock wheels - the wheel covers they come with suck and I am not ready to purchase new wheels.
I know that I can get racing discs - look ok, but want to add a center and trim rings to the stock ones. This should give it an old school look.
