Default NRG Carbon Fiber Strut Bar [PICS]

I picked this up off of ebay. Its a NRG Innovations Carbon Fiber Strut Bar. They dont offer this on their site so Im not sure if it is a discontinued part or not. Its really nice. The weave pattern is very consistent and the finish on the products is nice and shiny. It was $150 shipped from the dealer.

Let me know what you guys think.
Thanks!

I was forever looking for that on ebay, all I could find was cheap ones wrapped in a carbon fiber looking sticker. Looks good, wish I would have found it.

Yeah I thought it would have been included as an optional additive to the bar, but there was nothing like that in the box. Just the packaged strut bar and the NRG Innovations informational stuff....

Notice any performance difference?
I have a megan strut bar sitting in my room waiting to go on, cant seem to get motivated enough to install it, lol. Plus is it just me, or does the strut tower seem to close to the fire wall to be flexing that much?

Do you know if the NRG bar is full CF or aluminum wrapped with CF?

Either way, it looks good.

I'm just wondering if it weighs more or less than the JIC bar. The JIC CF bar retails for over $300.00.

im not sure. the part number is the same partnumber as the Titanium strut bar on their site with CF added on the end...so it might be the titanium bar wrapped in CF. Im not 100% sure though.

That's not a titanium strut bar. It just has a "titanium color" finish on it.

After looking at the NRG website, I'm sure that's not a CF bar. It's aluminum wrapped with CF.

I got this pic from EBAY - you can actually see the welds in the aluminum (under the CF).

I'm not trying to put down the NRG bar. I just want a REAL CF bar, and the NRG bar is 1/2 the price of the JIC CF bar - so I had to check it out.
