$28 shipped, its not plastic either. Theyre hard to get in until you figure out how. I had my friend get on his butt and hold the bottom with his feet and then i sat down also next to him and kicked in the top cause its hard to slam it in with your hands... It worked though.

My lugs are hella ugly, i need chrome lugs and caps... thatll come soon.

I think hes one of the stockton scikotics, I dont remember his name or who it belonged to as I dont think I met him personally. I could be wrong though. its a nice color choice though
