i currently have my stock wheels on the xb, but i also have aftermarket wheels.

so my question is can i get an alignment with my stock wheels on and then put on my rims at a later time? or should i have my aftermarket rims on during the alignment?

will it be affected since they differ in size and width.

It shouldn't make any difference which wheels are on when they align...but if you are concerned I would put on the ones you are going to be using the most.
