Short Shifter Install (TWM)
I installed my Stage 2 yesterday with these instructions and they helped so much, thanks! I had trouble with the washer, but used a variety of screwdrivers and a hammer to bend it...took about 10 minutes. The cup removal was a pain too, used the foot method and ended up bending the TWM tool to 90 degrees, lol, but it came off.
The whole install took about 2 hours.

Great to hear that the install went smoothly, and thanks for the feedback!

Sorry to resurrect this thread, but I'm needing a little help with my install. I can't get the shift lever out, the part where the lever gets lifted out of the assembly. Does anyone have any tips for this, besides just wrenching on it?
OKay, i finally got mine out after some professional help: What the mechanic who helped me did, and what everyone should do, to get the piece out that hold in the shift lever: use a screwdriver and push from the bottom of the lever. This helps TREMENDOUSLY.
