Toyota and Scion customer service email contact???

I have looked online but I havent been able to find a contact for Toyota or Scion cuustomer service. Any help would be appreciatted.

I have a problem with my XB-looking for customer service

I have been looking for more info as well, after getting the runaround at SCION corporate:
866 707 2466. It is basically just customer service.

Do you have anty actual names or address for SCION execs to complain to?

I have used the customer service line before and was assited immediately.

As with any customer service site, they do their best to assist in the situation. Most companies don't list a contact on their executives as far as I know.

My suggestion is to email the customer service line or use the direct chat (which I have used several times and has been really helpful) and they should be able to direct your email to the proper personnel.

Also, I know that the Customer Service center had an update on their software (major undertaking) and they might have been down for a little bit.
