i have been reading alot of posts on here lately about members getting ripped off. i have seen this on other forums but would it be possible to implement a rating system (feedback system like ebay) and have it either show up in a users profile or in the area where their avatar is displayed in the forum areas?

This is a constant problem and I do plan on integrating a feedback system in when I do the next rewrite of the script.

Until then you can use http://www.heatware.com, or the feedback forum.
