i never knew why tc parts and xb/xa parts are all in one classifieds forum. it owuld be a lot easier if they were separated.

who else agrees?

 

It's been discussed... if people could just list stuff in some standard form, this wouldn't be an issue.

"FS: tC Exhaust"
"FS: xA Lip Kit"

Or whatever you're selling. But you'd also have to create an "other" category for things that aren't for cars. And then there might be things that are for any of the models, so people would be double posting. Or people will just post in the wrong category anyways. They do it in the other forums all day.

 

 

One thing that might help, but would likely be FAR down the list of theings to expect, would be to have a simple "form" set up for the title of topics in the PPC and Sponsored sales forums, only. Sort of like this quick 'first thought' on it:

[_] For Sale
[_] Want To Buy

Applies to:
[_] xA
[_] xB
[_] tC
[_] All Scion
[_] Other

Brief Description:
____________________________________

====

The idea being that the form would automatically preface the title of the topic with FS or WTB and one of the following: xA, xB, tC, All, or Other.

That would make it immediately apparent what the topic applied to.

(Trying to get folks to make those the obvious first things in the title will fail, if not forced in some way - 20,000 rugged individualists, and all that.)

Just an idea for the bottom of that long list... :D
