thanks for clearing that up about the silverstars. i almost bought the H4, but it said it's for motorcycle use only. i have been searching on this forum to find out why. now i know that i need 9003's : )

If you guys are wanting to buy headlights, hit up PROCARPARTS.COM. They have a hugh selection in bulbs and all kinds of colors for cheap. I got mines there and they are guaranted for like 5 years or more. Just sharing!

hb2=h4=9003...I see no difference in these bulbs...these 3 designations are meant to be one and the same......
there is no h4 bulbs for 'motorcycle use only' **nowadays** that I know of, and I've been a rider since '78 (though I did use a hella brand bulb h4 bulb specifically made for motorcycles only back about 25 years ago).

the rear turn signal bulbs are 7440 not 43 the 43 are two stage the 40 are single.
I don't understand what you are saying. Everything else i read says turn signals are 7443 and back up lights are 7440. Can you get 7443 silverstars?

These headlights use H3 bulbs for the low beam (projector), and H1 bulbs for the high beam (reflector). They use the same size bulb for the turn indicators as the stock headlights.

a site for bulbs
Im looking for a site that carrys the size 1157 bulb in like a bright white/blue color... as well as can u recommend a headlight bulb thats a white/blue color..basically i want matching headlights and turn signals that are white/blue

OK, folks, I corrected the rear turn signal bulb shown in the original post FROM 7443 TO 7440...
