Tell the world a little bit about your vehicle
My 2005 Scion tC will be turning 5 years in Jan 2010. No problems with it so far (knock on wood). Back in '05, I didn't plan on doing the exterior mods like I have it looking today. Only planned on lowering it and getting a rear spoiler. In early 2006, I got the lowering springs and the spoiler and did the installs on both. I was pretty much content with only those mods until one day someone rear ends my car. Minor damages resulted, but the rear bumper cover definitely needed replacement. So, an aftermarket custom rear bumper replaced it instead of an OEM rear bumper. I realized the new rear bumper did not flow very well with the rest of the OEM lip kit. It did not line up at all and was too big compared to the rest of the car. I was buggin over it... sometimes embarrassed to drive it looking half a$S on the road. I had to do something about it or sell the car. One thing led to another and that's about the time when I started to take my ride to another level in my very own style in terms of exterior mods. I think I'm just about done with the exterior look. Maybe some more minor details, but now I'm just planning and researching more about which ways I should boost my car while keeping emissions legal. I'm also considering redoing my interior to my liking. Obviously, you see I'm into a clean look from the outside. I want my interior the same way. Racing harnesses and a roll cage is never gonna end up in my whip under my ownership. I thought about a 2 tone leather interior in the future. I've got a long fork road ahead of me.
Thanks for reading my ongoing journey with my 2005 Scion tC. I'd appreciate your honest rating before leaving my SL page. Peace.
