they say 4x100 but arent they both 4 and 5 by 100??

Like the description says, when there are two bolt patterns per wheel, it's usually #x100 and probably #x114. So these are 4x100 and 4x114. And there are others that are 5x100 and 5x114. I don't think you'd ever see a mix of the # of bolts.
