I'm wondering if the new xB will be covered in Siphon Magazine like the real xB? It isn't a micro wagon vehicle anymore so what do you all think?
Wouldn't doubt it.. it has the "xB" badge so It would be featured as well...
Speaking of siphon, they are still quarterly am I correct? I wonder when are they gonna have monthly issues.... Anyone have any Ideas?

Maybe the B2's will get a "just a regular car" mag

^^ Yeah, but Toyota reliability owns the hell out of Nissan reliability. There's no beating #1...except in listening to customers, apparently.
Anyway, something just occurred to me. Since the new xB was apparently designed to scare away people like us, Siphon shouldn't even bother. In fact, NOBODY should bother making aftermarket parts for the new xB.
You know why? Because based on most of the people I talked to, the average B2 driver will be FAR more concerned with little Kaylie's Science Fair Project and getting to the dry cleaner than any kind of aftermarket mods.
These people don't want unique or distinctive, or they'd have bought one of the first-gen boxes. These are the people who waited because the old one was "too weird-looking."
Do you really think they're going to want custom wheels?
Everyone interested in owning something different has already bought one - the xB2 was designed for the sheep of the automotive world. "Wow, it's incredibly boring and just as big as everything else now! FINALLY, I can get one!"
They're getting a great deal and making a smart buying decision, but do you REALLY think they're going to be interested in aftermarket mods? Maybe if they're advertised in Real Simple.

This is true... however, the xB2 will have its place.
We currently have two of them in our crew, both are sitting on 20's and one has some pretty extensive bodywork planned for it. So yea, it might not be as unusual as the 1st gen; with the right work, it should fit into the Scion community just fine.

The last issue came out shortly after the first issue was at the end of their display date so I'm thinking it should start hitting the stores about middle of July.
