I have most of my kit but I'm waiting on a backordered part right now before I can use it. A good rule of thumb is that you can spray up to 50% (at max) of your engines HP. I know you are obviously at a starting point in your nitrous escapades but PLEASE make sure you do a lot of research. N2O can be used safely- but only if you do it correctly. A good set-up will probably cost anywhere from $700 to $1000. meehoff 05-19-2007, 03:53 AM thanks man... one of my buddies had a zex kit on his cellica and the shot one time and about a week later he started knocken and then he threw a rod ...it was onl y a 25 shot ...stock engine except headers and intake .... any reason why he would muck it up b/c of a 25 shot? (car was rode hard though ...maybe thats why) stl_tc_king 05-19-2007, 05:39 AM Well, pretty much impossible to tell. High mileage / worn engine / improper set-up, really could be a number of things. A 25 shot isn't much at all and it didn't go while he spraying, so my guess is that it was probably just a coincidence. TC_by_TRD 05-19-2007, 06:03 AM hey a 25 does nothing to an engine it would be jus like running high octane gas, i has a 75wetshot my self been sprayin for 6 months now and 40+ bottles |
