Default Distortions from defrosters? "dark gray" interior?

I picked my car up on Tuesday night, and I love it. I definitely do (It needs accessories though..).

But when I'm driving I see that the defrost lines distort what I see out of the back window. Everything is crooked and wavy. Very easy to see when looking at curbs. Does anyone else have this problem? What's the reason for it?

And On my window sticker it says it's a "dark gray" interior. I wasn't aware that there was more than one, but thinking about it it does look a little darker than I remember from others. Is there such a thing? And where did it come from? I thought it was standard.

I have a picture of the interior:

Congrats on the new tC. Loving mine as well. Yes, there is only ONE standard interior and I have not noticed any distortions with back window/defrost. I do notice that it takes a little longer to defrost than my '99 Corolla but then the window is a little bigger with the tC.

Good luck on the accessories. I have the TRD exhaust, pedal covers, and just got the door sill protectors. Very nice.....

The interior is all the same color for all tCs. Dary gray = black.

As for the defroster lines, I don't know what the problem is. There is some factory tint (very light) maybe it hasn't cured all the way, but that really doesn't make any sense since its not really "tint" its dipped glass.

It could just be you ;).

Either I'm seeing things too, but your interior looks a lot lighter then mine. I have a flint mica.

Only one interior color, and that's dark grey. I agree, from some of the pictures I've seen, I thought the interior was blue too. I was like WTF??? But then after getting my tC, I notice that's just the color. Grey, Black, Blue, you can call it whatever you want until you replace it with leather. hehe
