Default Great deal on my 08 xb

Hi everyone, if you live in VA/MD/DC area and looking to purchase the new 08 XB, I would suggest going to Fitgerald Toyota in Maryland. I bought mine the same day I test drove it. It just came off the truck. I'm loving it. They were able to sell the new 08 xb for almost $300 below the sticker price. Usually you are not able to negotiate when it comes to buying a Scion. They also willing to give me more money on the trade-in of my 05 XB. So, you are looking for a XB, I would look there first.

Nope, I'm not sure how they do it, but it is cheaper. I got my first xb for $500 less when I bought it brand new in 05. Check out their site. http://www.fitzmall.com/ They have the price listed.

Actually the trade in has nothing to do with the price he mentions. I called tonight and had them fax me a signed buyers order showing the price I could walk out the door with one, no trade or financing, etc.... It was $369.00 less than my local dealers. They have a "Internet Price" and a "Value Price". When I called my local dealer back and challenged him on the issue, he denied it being possible, then when I gave him the website he then changed his story and agreed that if they offer that price for a certain period of time, they are allowed to do it per Scion covenants. Fitzgerals told me that they have been doing this pricing level difference for about 10 years now and they have been allowed by Scion to continue doing it. I think the difference comes down to the "Loaner car and buyer protection plan difference"

Yes, I did received more on my trade in. I went to a dealership in VA and they were going to offer me $8500 for my 05 with 46K on it. Then I went to Fitz they offered me $9500. Yes, I did purchased the 84 mo./100K extended warrenty since it's a new model just in case something happens to it. But, they didn't force me or add it to my trade or anything. Xtreme Graphics do you live in the DC area?

Xtreme,

Nice, I used to live in VA Beach, and decided to move up to NOVA 3 years ago. The sales rep. I spoke to were Farooq and Roberto.
