I need to crank the break lever all the way up is there a way to tighten it so you only have to pull it up 3 or 4 clicks

there are a couple different ways of doing it, althogh i have never done it i believe the correct way is having to take the back wheels off and tighten some screw there....but dont hold me to that..

it has been coverered before, all can be found with a lil bit of searching!
