does anyone recommend lowering springs for the tc. Im considering Tein Stech or Tein Htech...what do you think? any suggestions?

H-techs = Nice low ride...a little higher in the rear, but looks great once it settles...check my profile for some pics. Also rides better than stock...no stiff ride yet still nice on turns.
S-Techs = Really low, really stiff ride, looks good though...

no matter what, get an alignment afterwards

All depends on how low you want to go, i currently have the S-Techs on and love them.

Ive got the stechs, my wifes got the htech. Her car looks good with the stock 17s, and i love my 18s.

im looking to go anywhere from 1.5 inch- 2.5... how is the ride quality on the stech and the htech?

Are you planning on changing the stock struts? and do you drive aggressively or are you looking for the look? IMO the htechs look good and dont generally put too much stress on the strut in comparison to the stechs. If your looking for performance, and dont wanna get coilovers, go with the stechs, but be prepaired to swap out your struts depending on how hard you drive. Ive had my stechs for about 8 months with no problems, but I also dont autocross or take turns at full throttle ... lol. In the future I would however like to get the basics. Either way, becareful with head in parking... lol

the ride on the h-techs are smoother than stock...S-techs are a little stiffer
