Default Water on front speakers

Just thought I'd let everyone know that I had some problems with water getting at my front speakers. My old speakers have a little rush and the baffles completely rotted through and the speaker fell in the door. I thought it was just the bad install but the new baffles got wet as well. I plan on getting some foam baffles to resolve this issue. I never saw anyone else with this problem but I thought I'd throw it out there.

you should check on the plastic moisture barrier in the door, it might be seperated from the rubber surround (the black sticky stuff holding onto the door frame) or it could be ripped causing water to enter.

That was in between the interior panel and the door. The water is getting in at the back of the speaker and seeping through the baffle. The moisture barrier has been replaced by damplifier.

okay so the moisture barrier was replaced. there's the beginning of the problem. re-check the damper material, that's what I think damplifer is. There's most likely a leak caused by the damper material.
