yes sir, I run s-techs, with other suspension mods, and it fits fine. I actually have to jack it up with the scissor jack first, then use my reg jack, cause my box is too low.

ok, I still don't have the answer I wanted, but thanks Big Bird and Firesquare.

So if I have a flat on the road with s-techs, I would not be able to use the scissors jack as it is too low. But what if I had the h-tech psrings, anybody out there with the h-tech springs who can comment?

oh i know what your talking about. you can go to pep boys and get lowered car ramps. they're about a foot long and will get you enough clearance for your scissor jack if you feel your too low.

I'm trying to find you a link. run a search on lowered car ramps or something here on SL. a seller was selling them on sponsored sales a few months back

really what i want to know is---if i have a flat on the road, will I be able to use the oem scissors jack to jack up the vehicle if I have s-techs, or if I have h-techs, or if i have tanabe's nf210 springs (without having to use lowered ramps as I wouldn't want to carry it in the cargo area).

thanks again, guys!

bigbird did not say that..but now I am getting confused...he says he actually has to use the scissors jack first, and THEN a regular jack because his car is too low.

All I wanna know isssssssss...can I use the original/oem scissors jack ONLY if I have a flat on the road to replace the flat tire, IF i have the h-techs, the s- techs, or the nf210s???

thanks again!!!

yeah you should be able too. if he needs to lift it up to put a jack under there, scissor lift the car as normal.

a 2 ton jack and jack stands are always safer but not very convenient to carry around with ya :-P

the scissor jack is pretty strong. i use it a lot cuse flat tires love me :-(

also don't hesitate to get your self a folding Lug wrench or a breaker bar with a long socket on it so you can get more leverage and torque out of it.

Here's an idea, go let all the air out of one of your tires, then see how much clearance you have under the car with the scissor jack. Subtract whatever amount the springs you want would lower it and you should have your answer. If it's close, keep in mind that you might gain 1/2 inch or so by simply pushing up on the car.

Sorry hawaiiguy, yes you will be able to solely use the scissor jack if you are running s-techs. It works well, i was just saying about using my other jack because it's safer.

But if you are stranded somewhere and you are running s-techs, you can solely use the scissor jack to work on the box.

You also might want to try what ajayaitch said
