Hmmmmmm... I've been a bit, uh, slack about checking in here...

I'm Tom and I ordered my 2005 lil' white box on January 16, got it on January 22 from Titus-Will Scion in Tacoma. Lyle Cundy was my sales person.

Me? I'm an old retired type - spent most of my career as an engineer working on high-speed digital stuff. I did put some time in the Air Force years ago, and even spent time in Viet Nam.

Guess I'm not the targeted "Gen Y" customer Toyota was looking for, eh?

So far the only option on the box is the Scion Security System.

I don't plan to do too much in the way of looks only mods, and I don't plan to turn it into a pocket racer. I *DO* plan, however, to put some decent tires and wheels on it.

Most other mods will wait until I see what the box really needs.

It was a pretty nasty crash, I'm still recovering... Cracked my ribs/clavical, messed up my ankle ect... Good news is that the insurance gave me exactly $200 less than what I had paid for my civic (and I drove it 7 months and put 21,000 miles on it).... And with the money I JUST got a Scion TC... My crashed sucked and was totally unintentional but was so f-ing worth it!

I have a professional LED Light Glow Ground Light Effects Kit. Blue interior lights (the 4-blue tubes). Cup-holder illumination. Some sub-woofers with blue lighted rings around the subs. Well, My sister lives in Eagle Point. She just bought a TCM xB as well.....

My sister was telling me that she went to Progressive Audio dowtown a few weeks ago and saw a camo xB with lambo doors! I guess she was talking to the guy about his xB, and he seemed real chill.....

The more I'm out and about I see more xB's on the road. Dash Delivery has a fleet of the PW's. I've only seen one other Camo in town. One BCP and one BSP.
A Camo with Lambo doors..that's sick. I would love to do suicide doors for the rear passengers but not too sure how it'll look..still thinking on it.
Guess mine qualifies as one of the plain janers round here..since I haven't done much on mine..yet!

But in time..I'll have a sweet lookin ride...

I work off NE 40th Street and 520. Yeah its the TRD short shifter and shift knob is by OBX Racing Sports that I picked up from the dealer as well. I prob could have save some cash but I wanted it all right then from the dealer.

It only lists it for the xB (not the tC) and it says for manual transmissions ONLY..

It;s a SHIFT KNOB (does it matter what kind of trans. you have?) and would it fit the tC?

I got my 2006 Scion xA . . . I think on August 9th. Salsa Red Pearl with 8-spoke, iPod headunit, silver OBX pedals and the cargo tote. Nothing really special, but I was low on cash and the extended warranties sucked me dry—I'm still wondering if they were worth it? I'm thinking about things to add to or modify on my xA, but I'm too scared to ruin it in some way. . . .
