My buddy is basically giving away some 215/55/17 Blizzaks. Will they fit with the 55 profile? Cause any potential problems? The only suspension mod I have is the sway bar so there's no drop or anything.

I am pretty sure that you would be ok with that without causing any serious problem. Your speedometer might be off a bit though - you might be going faster than what the speedo says... But not too much faster.
