Please see my post on the subject:

I have had a total of three problems since I installed the supercharger.

#1 - shorted engine harness ECU power to starter relay. This was my screw up, I ran the engine harness that goes over the valve cover directly under the supercharger bypass valve arm. The arm anded up chafing through the harnes and shorting those two wires. I rerouted it further away from the bypass actuator after repairing the wires and no problems.

#2 - stuck bypass valve. My valve would stay open and not make any boost. Started after about three months. Fixed by applying machine oil to the actuator arm bearings once a week for three weeks, problem gone now.

#3 - randomly lost power to my fuel injectors. This one sucked since it left my car stranded three times. Problem ended up being a loose EFI fuse, don't know how it happened and completely unrelated to the supercharger. Fixed by using a tiny screwdriver to bend the prongs of the fuse holder closer together for better contact.

You will need to rewire the Blitz harness as well, FYI.

Are you happy with the driveability of the box? Any cooling problems? Time slips?

No time slip yet, I just got tuned with larger injectors last week.

See my post on fuel upgrades, I wouldn't run on the track on stock, the top end leans out to a dangerous level for prolonged periods

It won't make you more power but will allow for a safe 11.6 A/F ratio across the entire power band.

Hoping to get a time slip this Friday. No cooling issues, the Greddy S/C is self-contained for oil so there is no tapping into the engine oil supply so no heat dump into the engine. I did go with one step colder spark plugs to be on the safe side.

Only current issue is the supercharger belt squealing a bit on startup before the engine gets warm.
