ecu number change difference?

ecu number change difference?
got an 09 manual. taking the supercharger out.
went to the dealer to ask about an ecu number. they gave me 89661-21511. the guy made a comment about how it replaced -21510.
tons of -21510 on ebay but no -21511.
anyone know the difference? is there one?
