I just used a polisher with polish and then waxed them, they shined for a couple of days but it fades fast back to a flat look. I would suggest painting and then putting a clear coat on it. I am going to do that soon. It is just to much of a hassle to try to keep them shining

Good luck, I work at a carwash, and depending on how old your ride is, and how often (if ever) you cleaned under the wheel caps, if they are as neglected under there as some that Ive seen, you may not be able to get a decent look without respraying them, but first just let them soak in a good de-greaser with about a 1/3 mixture of some powerful orange clean.

Good luck!

hm there pretty clean , i like the idea to spray them alot, but cant think of a way to wrap the tires without getting them too, or possibly the white box itself
I guess taking the wheel off and lots of tape

Nah, try some scratch X first to polish them then some Nano wax. If that fades wipe them down with rubbing alcohol and shoot them with some clear wheel paint from Duplicolor. No masking involved cause you should not have to get near the edge of the tire.
After polishing and waxing mine are still shiney months later.
