Default Tires.. and pressure light.. diameter...

Just thought i'd let everyone know about the tire pressure indicator..

the new pirelli p zero nero m&s I got for the tC, 3 of the 4 turned out to be out of round, defective. So discount tire replaced them under warranty.. good point is that the vibration is GONE!! very very smooth now.. thank heaven!

but the 4th tire is still on there, difference in tread was 2/32 compared to the new 3..

okay onto the post.. I had set the tire pressure button to the set when they were new, 11/32 of tread.. and pressures were 32/29 is what is says cold should be.. light never came on.. but today since the tires were different in rolling diamter.. from 11/32 to 9/32.. the light is on! pressures have been checked and they are fine.. I will be replacing the 4th tires to get the diameter to be the same.. just something I thought I'd mention

for those having problems. has anyone made sure the tires are really the same diameter? just a thought..

Remove the neg battery terminal for a few minutes to clear memory in the tire pressure monitor ECU. When you reattach the battery the system will re-initialize and should work fine. Try it before you spring for a new tire.

yep i did this, but DID NOT drive for 10 miles consecutively.. i will be able to do that tomorrow.. what i find weird is that the tires were changed and they are the same tires on there before.. but this thing keeps saying tires are low in pressure.. annoying when the pressures are exactly where they should be..

so i'll reset that tomorrow.. hopefully that stops the light.. thanks!
