cross island wheel and tire. they are located in jamaica, almost at the nassau border..on jamaica ave 718-465-6846 i remember they quoted me about 500 for 4 wheels powdercoat. included in the price is any necessary reconditioning so ur wheel will turn out looking new no marks, scuffs etc
