Default trd springs

last night i put on the trd springs well started. after work i went to a friends and got the rears done then when i started i realized i had to pick my girlfriend up at work. so i was doing a wheelie the whole way with a rear drop and a stock front. got home at 10 and did the fts and man i love it..anyone lookin for a clean drop trd is perfect. i feel like not just handling but ride quality is better could just be my mind playin around. but man was it harder with the stupid individual spring compressors that i had instead of the nice on the wall one lol but w.e got the job done

Did you do the struts as well? Sounds nice though, I'm really thinking about TRD springs.

Oh yeah, no doubt! I LOVED my TRDS when I first put them on.
But after a year, I wanted lower, so I swapped for Hotchkis.
Sold my TRDs to my buddy. He loves em!

I currently use trds and rear sway, and part of me wants it lower,
if you are using trds with stock wheels it doesnt even look like its been dropped the wheel gap is still huge,.

If you are using 18'[s the wheel gap closes and it looks more like a subtle drop. the front still has a wheel gap too large for my tastes. but eh.. the only things keeping from dropping lower is my driveway. I can barely clear the driveway and steep hills. So any lower and im bound to scrape up the lip. also money plays a factor, a lower drop would been money for new springs, shocks alignment, camber kits and so on. So I was like screw that!

I can go over speed bumps just fine however

the stock shocks are fine for the trd drop, its so subtle it doesnt feel like it adversely affects the shocks at all.

if i wanted trd springs and got tokico struts and shocks, would the struts and shocks make any difference? lower? better turning? or is it just stronger for lowered cars.
