There I was, minding my own business, sitting in my xB, listening to the radio, waiting for my sweetie at a parking lot, when it happened to me. Some guy in a rusty Civic slowed waaaay down, pointed his cell-phone camera at me, and clicked off a couple of pictures. I put my hands over my face so I wouldn't be recognized . . . and then lowered my hands and grinned at him, letting him know it was OK . . . .

He went around the corner and turned into the parking lot and came over to ask me if he could shoot some more pictures and to find out exactly what kind of exotic car it was he was taking pictures of ! :P

I think he was a little surprised to find out that it is, in fact, an econo-box made by Toyota, and that he could probably afford one -- if he could find a used one, as they don't make 'em like mine any more.

He shot a few more pictures -- with a regular digital camera this time -- thanked me profusely, and drove off.

Made MY day (but I wished I had washed my box a little more recently ;^)

^ exotic car? hhahaha - that's cool. my favorite is when ur sittin in the car (when it's off, parked, etc) and people come by, stand next to it and start talking about it before they realize the owner is sittin' inside! l0l

Nice!!!:)

i came out of a store and saw a 12/14 kid going around my car and checking it out, I left him alone for 5 mins. Then when his mom Yelled "we have to come get in the car jacob" I went over to my car and said "you like?" he looked startled didn't think it was mine and asked "yeah it's a tC right? You got rims" (my car is completly debadged)

made my day too also cos there were 2 other more "modded" tC (my friends) parked right next to mine but he was checkin mine out :P

That's cool!! I've had people come up to me @ the store and such. I always catch people at school checking out my ride. Even though I don't have my wheels on!

We're still honeymooners, having married only ten years ago..... We have a 40-year contract; she was single 40 years and she's gonna try marriage for 40 years and see which she likes better. So far so good!
