Courtsy of Lepcat (who won this shift **** at roswell) I finaly found a shift **** that will fit my automatic 08 xB.



It came with everything for either a manual or automatic install, though for the automatic just use the smaller insert. Installing the insert was a bit tricky, the instructions said use a screwdriver but I couldn't seem to get it to line up, so I used a hex key and got it fitted in perfectly. It takes quite a few turns to get the **** down on the shifter, but once its on their it sits about the same height as the factory one.
