Default prolonged absence

So i've been busy with a job and dealing with one illness after another finally after getting better and looking for a job again and i was gonna start coming back to meet and greets after getting my energy stored up. I can't anymore because as of 6am this morning i no longer have wheels on my car, because someone decided to steal my wheels even with special wheel locks i had on them. So now i'm broke with no job and no car to get around in, so unless money magicly appers in my bank account to get new rims+tires i'll be out for awhile. Sorry all.

Sorry to hear of your lows Camie.... That blows

I would think someone on here has a set of OEM wheels that are sitting around collecting dust you could probably pick up on a installment plan. Anyone?

Heather, that sucks!!! what the hell, I was wondering where you were. Won't your insurance cover the wheels?

well, what you could do is get the insurance quote for the replacement of your wheels and tires. It will be a lot because the factory replacements are expensive. Have your insurance company write you a check for the cost minus your deductible and you will more than likely have enough left over to buy a new set of wheels.

Heather, sorry to hear about your rims and you being sick, I hope things turn around for you real quick, chin up. As for work, there are a bunch of newer business in the north Kalama industrial area, I don't know if they are hiring, but it never hurts to inquire, and a glass plant is being built for future employment opps. If I were young, I'd be all over that place when they start hiring, going to push my son to apply there, lol. Good luck on everything.

Holy crap! I'd better start watching my car more carefully...I park in the middle of the projects for 4 nights a week.

Sorry to hear about your loss. Looks like we have some people with extra wheels here...your RS2 should be rolling around again very soon.

I hope so, you should never leave your doors unlock even if you have a big dog and big gun....

Heather...I am so sorry for your situation. We have missed you.

Erik, what a wonderful thing. Good karma will come your way, for sure! I have told so many people about the AMAZING group of Scion owners on Scionlife, and this is an example of that...

Done! You are rollin' in full factory style! And remember to keep those bricks handy in case they come back again, you will need something to wack 'em with!
