I can understand being on a budget but in the car world and Im sure many will agree you get what you pay for...its the truest thing anyone can tell you...

cheap 19's will be just that cheap wheels..its best to try and save up and get something you really want..but do you and not to derail your thoughts I just dont want you to buy something you many not be happy with in the end....
