Has anyone put an LED in the front sidemarker? I know that it is a 168 bulb size but I want to make sure that the one I am looking at will fit. http://www.superbrightled...6034047.31204&next=50 second one down. I have clear corners and I am looking to put white LED's in there so any help would be appreciated.

 

Yeah I have and it doesn't look good. I have clear corners with a white LED, but I am going to switch back to a bulb. The LED only emits light in one direction, so much of the corner does not get lit up and you have a bright piercing hotspot in the middle. Also, white LEDs have yellow tips (that's just the way it works), so in the middle of the day when your lights are off, you will see the yellow dot through the clear plastic.
