Default Side markers

Hi all-

Has anyone replaced the yellow side marker to a clear or super white bulb?

If so, how do you get to it, and what size bulb is it?

Thank you

i got another question about the side markers: As you guys know, the side marker only turns on while signaling, but i was wondering how to have those markers turn on while the headlights/rear lights are on, so ALL the lights are on. I'm not really that good w/ wiring but i'm down to learn how to do it. If you guys happen to know, that'd be dope.

no i did not...
actually i removed them because it was a light blue color and it does not match the theme of my rear yellows and my front yellow blinker. Although my bulb in the front is a Chromax yellow.

Anyone interested i bought the set for $12 and am willing to sell them for $8
i am in the Southbay area near Torrance

they are LED clear bulb with a hint of blue when lit (looks cool) but not for me i am sick of blue themes :D

Get yourself a TEST LIGHT and ground the end.
Remove the side marker and turn on your blinker.
Touch one wire with the other end of the test light, then the other wire. (to the inside conductor)
Whichever wire turns on the test light, that is your wire you need.
Cut that wire and (the wire coming from the bulb) run an extension and splice it to your parking light wire (you need to do a similiar test here)
Keep in mind that the side marker will not blink anymore because it is a single filiment bulb.
ON a side note, you will be changing the resistance of the circuit so your blinker might blink faster.

I meant I want all yellow when lights are on.. Since my parking lights are not blue tint.

My yellow chromax bulbs in my parking lights do not match the side marker bulbs I bought (pick above). So i replaced the side marker bulb with stock.

why does your location say south bay, cali? South bay is san jose area. the silicon valley, south of the San fransico bay. San Jose. threw me a curve ball there, I thought you were from the area.

Hey stylis, Sorry about that.

But down here we call it "The South Bay" Manhattan, Hermosa, Redondo Beaches and Torrance, Palos Verdes.

We call S.F and San Jose The Bay Area..

Maybe I should change it..
