i was wonderin if anyone can tell me the difference in weight on a few coilovers or spring and strut combos as well as stock, maybe we can lose a good amount of weight.

Uhm. I wouldn't want to lose weight in the suspension aspect of the automobile without compromising the suspensions rigidity (unless you are speaking about high tensil materials that are UBER $$$).

I think it's a lot easier to lose weight elsewhere (tires, rims, crap in the car). Maybe a posting of different weights for different setups will help but usually an upgraded suspension will add weight to a vehicle.

suspension isn't the culprit when it comes to weight. suspension controls the weight of the car. it isn't the spot you want to skimp on the weight.

to skimp on weight, look at wheels, hood, interior, the all glass roof...and the driver, go on a diet fatty.
