hey guys, i got the TRD lowering springs and TRD struts/shocks installed last week and ive been noticing that the gap in the front isn't the same as it is in the rear. its approximately 1" higher in the front than the rear, is this normal ?

My friend came over last night and his front sat higher too on his TRD drop.I know that doent answer the question ,but it was the first thing I noticed.

 

This is normal, the rear wheel well cutout is lower than the front.

yup you'll have to wait for it to settle. The bigger gap in front is normal as what ive heard, my old springs are like that not trd though

its because we have a fwd car, so the front wheel well is larger than the rear.

I think the h tech springs drop a bit more in the front.

 

the h-techs and s-techs have a 0.4" lower drop in the front than the rears....

BTW-Did you even notice how the driver's side sits lower than the passenger side after installing the Springs?

 

i haven't noticed that yet, ill have to check it out tomorrow.

i don't have just the springs though, i have the whole TRD suspension so it might be different.

ill let ya guys know my findings tomorrow

first i had the lowering springs, and now recentyl i just put the shock/struts in
