Default strut help-need to know by monday

i was thinking about getting koni's in the front and then tokicos in the rear because it would a) work out cheaper and b) i wouldn't ever adjust the rear koni's anyway, so i'd save a lil over $100. is this bad as far as a safety issue? i'm stuck trying to get either the koni/tokico mix, or just tokicos. i'm not trying to spend $600 on a set of adjustable shocks that i can't really adjust. i'd either get the tokicos for under $400, or get the koni/tokico mix. anyone think that i'd be ok with the mixed setup, or should i just stick with the konis? why would it be bad to mix them? wouldn't that just be like basically riding on two blown rear struts(although not as bad because these would be fine still)? thanx guys

i gotta order my stuff monday so i have it by the time my install appt comes up. anyone with any input, please let me know.

I would never mix and match shocks or springs imo because a) different compression rate b) different stiffness to the shocks. I would just go with the Tokico shocks since you wouldn't really be adjusting the stiffness of the shocks anyways.

You can say the different shocks on the front and rear might throw off the handling a little bit. I've never mix and match before but maybe someone on here has.
