I drove to school this morning my stereo was working fine. i get out of school turn my car on and the stock stereo wont turn on. I've restarted my car and nothing. The head unit doesnt even display anything. Has this happened to anyone and is there an easy way to fix it?

If your lucky its just a fuse or loose connection. Sounds like its getting no power at all. Either way the dealer should have you covered.

i dont want to sound mean or ne thing and i dont mean to be a smartass but did you hit the "Power" button? :oops:


Only reason I ask is because someone turned off my radio and I didnt know. I hit every button on the thing until I realized "O ____ , it needs power." :lol: Needless to say I felt pretty damn dumb. If its not that just take it back to the dealer. They probably just have a loose connection back there. Good luck

Check the ACC fuse. Have you added any lights or spliced anything into your system?
