i don't know about that msd ignition, but msd does make different systems for alot of applications e-mail them and ask.

the scions have a high output ingnition system and have the deso iridium spark plugs

sorry bro wont work because the 1nz-fe is a distributorless engine ... You would need a MSD Dis-4 instead...
