There is not an absolute best winter tire. There are many to choose from but some will work well for you some won't. To find the best for you first look at where you live. Do you normally have a lot of snow or only a little. Will you be driving in conditions that might call for Chains or require studs. Are studs legal in your state? How aggressive of a driver are you. How many months per winter will you have them on your car?
