Default other car considerations

when you were out looking for a car, was the tc the only one you were looking at? or were there others? and if so, what were they? and why did you choose the tc over them?

i was looking at a blue 2006 acura rsx-s...but insurance was too expensive

mazda rx-8...i figured if the rsx insurance was too expensive, this could only be worse

honda civic si- refer to rsx-s

ferrari modena- i woke up

originally looking for a 2001 Acura Integra or a slightly used 2000 Civic Si and couldnt find either. My sister was the one who told me about the Scions and that she wanted one. A week later i went up to San Antonio and picked my 2005 FM tC up! I choose the tC because it was of course newer. I think i still would of been happy with either choice i made but glad i made this one.

Acura rsx type-s but they don't make them anymore and the used ones are way overpriced.
07 Honda civic about the same price as tc but with very few standards
Nissian sentra se-r spev but their was a recall on the engine and nissian didn't really fix the problem
Civic si hatchback, don't know why but I just didn't end with this car

I almost bought a Spec-V, glad I didn't. Only advantage it has over the tC is performance.

i was thinking of corse, like everyone else of getting the rsx type-s but am really happy i got my 05 Tc, thinking of trading in for a new next gen 09 Tc if it comes with all the goodies like MORE power and maby, just maby rear, or all wheel drive. but all the exciting cars are coming out in 09 like the new colbalt, new supra, new hyundai genises coupe (which looks amazing with 300 hp+) and the GT-r. how many of thoes will be in the Tc's price range im sure is few to none... scion better play there cards right and come out with a beast.

I got rid of my 98 Accord coupe bcuz the insurance was ridiculous, so I also steered away from Honda/Acuras and any sports car.

I was considering MiniCooper, Jetta and Matrix and xB, but the tC hit the mark, and I'm glad.

Well I wanted an S2K. If only they were cheaper. Like every1 else the tC fit my budget. I still get jealous whenever i see s2000 drive by. a 4 banger with a 6sp nice sounding dual exhaust. pretty rare for the price. And i like the whole digital dashboard. the tachometer is so sexy. Over 200 crank hp. Lighter. Andd a plus is all the reviews that i read from consumers AND car reviewers that it is reliable. Cant really beat that for something you can haggle down to 30gran. but thats just me.

It was either the tC or a Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 roadster........used of course I flipped a coin (heads or tails) and the tC won, so yea

But seriously, I came to get the new toyota camary, and ended up with something better, the tC

i would have settled for pretty much anything except a civic no offense to anyone but i saw that first commercial and i was hooked! the dealers didn't have any so i had to wait for what seemed like an eternity so i went back a few months later and i saw my car and i said that's the one! Good thing i woke up early it was the last one!

I thought about spending more and getting the Altima Coupe, or spending less and getting a used MR2 Spyder, but the smartest choice seemed to be a new TC.

Mazda 3
Mazda 6
tC..

i was looking at insurance rates, price range, and fun-factor...

i chose the tC cuz it was all older, well established components(Avenis Chasis, Camry Eng...ect.)

i was looking at used at first but when i shose on a tC, the resell value led me to buying new.

....why are you in a tC?

My choices were a Neon, a Tiburon, or a tC. Glad my tC won, but now i'm looking for something better.
